Who doesn’t love fresh home-made sausage?
My father-in-law, Charlie, was an Irish immigrant butcher. After he retired, my father, Gunter, Charlie and I started making home-made sausage in the basement Saturday mornings, watching English Premier League football and finishing with a cold beer. This love and passion continues to thrive and I want to share this craft experience with interested folks. Participating in a sausage making experience draws a strong parallel to business team building concepts and brings a genuine success to all that participate.

Tommy was a former CIO for a $400 M transportation company who now is focussed on different priorities like sausage making. He merges corporate / enterprise concepts and strategies into the process of making sausage to provide for an entertaining and educational experience.
